The journey of our lives is nothing more or less than building our identity. We communicate between our inner self (me) and the society we live in (other) every moment of our life building ourselves towards what we have envisioned ourselves to be. This communication is a dialogue, a dialogue full of reflections, negotiations, desires, arguments, passion, contemplations. The participants of this dialogue can range from a human being to an animal to a non-living thing and even to a just thought and emotion.

Similar is our lives full of reflection and contemplations of moments we have lived, are living, and will to live ahead in our lives. We through Advika make an attempt to reflect on what we are, why we are so, what we what to become, where do we live with what privileges and challenges, what have been our battles, and what have their scars done to us. In other words, we attempt to re-discover ourselves, know ourselves, un-layer our identity by talking it all loud at this space.

Advika (the representation of us) who identifies herself to be a teacher cum researcher cum a woman living in society would put out her stories, thoughts, incidences, and reflections hoping all her readers to not just know her, but allow her to know them too. She with an attempt to open her life to all her readers envisions to build a healthy and safe space for all to share their thoughts and experiences here which takes to an environment of solidarity, humanity, acceptance even with disagreements, awareness, and much more in the world we all live in.

Therefore, she invites all to walk along with her in this journey to dis-cover our own selves, our potentials, our experiences, and largely the hidden human within all of us.

Chintan Manan thus is all ready to drive along the way, hoping you all to join in and build in our Karavan.

मैं अकेला ही चला था जानिब-ए-मंज़िल मगर,

लोग साथ आते गए और कारवाँ बनता गया
